Even if I am 38 years old, I feel 19 years old today just because of coping with another challenge in my life. After a very gruelling year at university, I have learned so many things like being more patient, not being so much emotional and calling for good things into my life. I want to focus on especially calling for good things and thinking positively today. We are all taught to think the worst first to be ready or to be strong when we hear any bad news. For instance, most of us are likely to prefer hearing bad news first when we are asked : “ I have two news for you, one is bad and the other is good. I would like to know your preferences. Which of them do you want to hear first?
Two or three years ago, I would certainly choose not the good one but the bad like most of you. I did not know that how incredible thinking positively was. I did not used to consider anyone talking about the power of thought. Never! And today, I want to draw your attention to Transcendantal Meditation in my writing. You probably must have heard of Transcendantal Meditation (TM) in your life but how many of us know what this technique is?
Basically, it is kind of an skill can be learned by anyone else. The founder of this belief is Maharishi Maes Yogi and his technique is now put in the practise all over the world. You can find endless knowledge about TM in the internet if you want to find out deeply because I do not want to bother you by giving lots of scientific knowledge about TM. After giving some advantages of TM, let me tell you how my “Think positively!” journey begins.
I had heard TM from one of my relative but I did not take consideration it. After I had experienced many tough and severe problems that made my life unbearable, I have decided to take advantage of TM and I have consulted my relative -who is a TM expert now- to learn how I manage to call for happiness, achievement and peace in my life.“This is a technique like intellectual yoga that consists of sitting in a comfy position and focus on positive thoughts.” she said. This is really simple but because we are used to thinking negative, at first place it is quiet hard to think positive. Indeed, it was the big challenge for me to think positively. What I have done ? I have changed the way of my thinking like, “Everything will be good, forget it! Do not focus on what the problem is” and just then I have started thinking another happy moment, incident, etc in my life. It really works suprisingly. In the end I made it. I did achieve!
All in all, although we have innumarable opportunities to search about anything else that we wonder, the biggest problem of us is that we all suppose that we all know everything about anything like Google without interrogating.The reality is that we are able to divert the course of our life either withTM or another way we found out. It is up to us. From time to time, even if the terrible moments or incidents that I have experienced before want to remind themselves persistently, I have learned how to tackle them. Learning is the endless process and we have many things to learn in this challenging world. Is not it?
