In this fast and ever-changing world, people who do not have much time to prepare a meal or do not like cooking food tend to eat fast or junk foods, considerably. In terms of a healthy life, eating fast food principally can be dangerous but sometimes fast food can be beneficial, though.

First of all, fast food is effortless to reach for those who suffer from lacking of time. For many people, fast food is really preferable. For instance, women who engage in business life and so have a plenty of chores to do both at home and work are more likely to consume fast food in comparison to men according to researches. After an exhausting day in business, having an option for dinner is priceless for women. In addition, fast food is quite economical. Fast food companies use frozen products such as meat or chips. This is because they do not take a lot of time to cook or prepare. So, people who both do not have much time to cook and want to pay less money prone to consume fast food, remarkably.

On the other hand, fast food consumption can be hazardous for those who consume these fattening products daily. Calorie intake should not be more than the daily needs for any healthy person according to dieticians. For instance, all these chips, hamburgers, hotdogs et cetera contain too much sugar, carbohydrates, and fats which can cause a variety of diseases such as obesity, diabetes, hypertension. In other way to say, the more calorie intake means that the more unhealthy life. Aside from that, the cooking conditions of these fast food products can be unsanitary, unfortunately. Kitchens of fast-food companies are extremely horrendous. For example, the staff of these kinds of companies can be careless and unclean. There are a lot of disgusting viral videos can be seen in social media about the unsterile conditions of these staff and companies.

All in all, although, there are both pros and cons of consuming fast food, I certainly believe that fast-food is not completely detrimental for health as long as it is not made a habit or it is consumed monthly. All people can control themselves in every subject. Who can blame companies for selling fast-food? We all should set a limit on how much we eat or what we eat. We should not forget what our ancestor said: “Enough is as good as a feast”.
